Can I buy ticket at the Terminal
Yes, as long as the tickets are available. However, We recommend booking your tickets online prior to arriving at the terminals to secure tickets.
How much early we have to reach terminal for boarding the boat ?
We recommend that passenger with valid booking must reach 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Can I cancel my booking ? are there any refunds ?
No refunds and cancellations are permitted. We highly recommend to check all your details when making a booking. Please have a look at our terms and conditions for more details.
If I miss my booked trip, can I board another trip with same booking?
If a sailing is missed, passengers are required to purchase a new ticket for another sailing.

What are the things not allowed on board the boat during travel ?
The following are examples of items that guests are not allowed to bring on-board. These and other similar items will be confiscated upon being found. Illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives and dangerous chemicals, firearms & ammunition, including realistic replicas, sharp objects, including knives and scissors, candles & incense sticks (agarbattis), self-defence gear including handcuffs, pepper spray, night sticks, flammable liquids and explosives, including lighter fluid and fireworks, HAM radios, electrical extension cords and multi pin plugs. Are children allowed on boats ?
Yes, all children up to the age of 12 years must be accompanied by adult during voyage.
What items are available for safety on board ?
Life jackets, ring buoys are available on board and it is mandatory for each passenger to wear life jackets while they are on board the boats.
